      Job role is great, company is good. Performance appreciation. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Worst managers with lack of ownership but tremendous target pressure. Politics is holding the highest weightage. Salaries and increments are poor. Don’t expect a work life balance. 365 days working. Insecure jobs. Overall a good company with some bad team managers.
