          Pros

          after working for this company for a little over a year I finally was able to resign there is absolutely no training at all.... they dump you in the middle of their mess and expect you to know everything with no forth knowledge. For a company this size I was disappointed to find this out.

          Cons

          This company is not worth it you need to training better so your employees can have a better understanding of what the company expects.

        Hey, I have been applying since last 25 days but did not get any single interview call from any of the interviewers. I have been using personalized cover letter and resume for all job posting of Security Engineer. Not sure what should I do! Any tips would be highly appreciated :)

        Senior Consultant

        I just finished a second round interview. I think it went well. I have a question if the interviewer towards the end asks personal questions like favorite sports team and other non work related questions. Is that a good sign? They didn’t mention anything about next steps at the end. They hadn’t in the first round either the recruiter reached out to my surprise for the second round.
