It was a very welcoming team where I was able to have the opportunity to take on many different roles from dev ops to front end to backend.

Small company so there isn't a lot of opportunity for advancements and being able to work on big projects.

Work-life balance is good; salary is not bad

Senior leadership behaves more like power-playing gatekeepers than true leaders. There is a significant lack of transparency, with decisions being made behind closed doors and far too many “secret” conversations that impact teams without explanation. Politics outweighs merit, and leaders often come across as unprofessional and unserious, which trickles down and affects morale and clarity of direction
