Asynchronous work environment and no meeting Fridays
Cons
Really poor internal and external management, nonexistent sales, internal strife, torpedoing client relationships, and blame shifting.

Cons
I worked at this company two different times in the span of a few years.
Both times were completely horrific. The leadership takes no decisive role in company strategy and process.
The development team is great but product and leadership is really just one person calling the shots with no real experience in process or project management. A lot of their process is very broken and convoluted and in no way allows the company to scale. They say they want change and to scale up, but no one really makes any effort to do so.
When giving feedback to colleagues you are pretty much met with gaslighting or being ignored.
There's lots of back channeling in communication and a level of toxic workplace communication that is not conducive to a collaborative environment.
If you're very junior in your role and just want to work at an agency to see how things should not be done, then I would recommend working here. But if you want to work at a serious agency where you can actually learn and advance your career I would not recommend Camber.
