Cons
- The Support and CSM Team are under the umbrella of 'Sales', which means that customer service is skipped over in favor of sales sales sales
- Bonuses can be retracted at any point, regardless if you met goals.
- HR Department is seriously lacking. Hope you never get sick. Also, don't expect much privacy if you get seriously ill or voice concerns about management/coworkers, it will most likely be used against you in any future meetings with HR.
- Turnover in non-salaried positions (anything CS) is rampant.
- Too much work for too little staff. There's some people that work what seems 15 hours out of 24 each day.
- They expect you to work some nights and weekends in certain roles but won't tell you this until after you're hired and start working.
- Almost no growth possibilities. If you want to move up in the corporate ladder or want a real raise, you have to go find a job elsewhere.
