      Pros

      Many employees have been around for years. I started with Country Financial over 20 years ago right out of college. I have stuck with this company due to their culture, pension plan and opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      I wish flexible work such as working 4 days a work (10 hours) would be promoted rather than traditional 5 day work week. If this is an option, I'm not aware of it.

      Pros

      The people are the strength for COUNTRY Financial. The comradery and collaboration are excellent

      Cons

      IT management maturity and executive leadership are severely lacking. The current CIO has limited to no experience in IT Operations practices nor methodologies. The decision making appears to be strictly in how to please the CIO without regard to industry norms or best practices.
