      Great splits, mentorship provided at high cost.

      Cons

      Not a place for begginers, no training and you must generate your own business. Must learn everyhting from scratch by yourself, mentors might call you when you have deals WHEN and IF you generate deals.

      Pros

      The flexibility and types of banks to work with is really good. I can do loans others cant with out side of the box programs and building relationships with lenders is key and fun. So many good people around.

      Cons

      You are on your own for the most part and must pay for all business growth- however there are discounts with vendors & services for some things.
