Entrepreneurial company with a friendly, fun culture - Anonymous employee Buzz Bingo Employee Review

I have worked here for a few months now and have enjoyed the experience so far. The culture is one of the best I've ever experienced. Everyone I've worked with so far has been extremely helpful, friendly and patient. The business markets itself as a "People First" company - a lot of businesses play this card but can't walk the walk - Buzz is an exception. Everything the company does has its people in mind. The customers are always the priority, but not at the expense of employee health and wellbeing. Many employees work flexible hours with working from home arrangements which is refreshing to see; in my experience it's definitely not a micromanagement culture. There's also a fairly relaxed dress code in the office which is nice. Personally I have found it to be a busy, but not pressured environment (though this may very depending on the nature of your role). The company is entrepreneurial in spirit. New ideas are mostly welcomed with a real emphasis on "getting stuff done". Personally I've not come up against much red tape and have been able to make meaningful changes quite easily. The company directors are all very approachable and hands-on with an open door policy which has been very helpful. In previous companies I've worked, it can be a nightmare getting sign off on something from senior management - so far I have not found that to be the case within Buzz Bingo. It's a growing business with some genuinely exciting prospects on the horizon. I would recommend joining Buzz Bingo's Support Centre (Head Office) team.
