    Pros

    Remote working. Structured and organised. Pays on time. Nice to interact with learners from a diverse range of backgrounds and interests

    Cons

    Low rate of pay & prep work unpaid. If more than 3 or 4 participants in a group, difficult to adequately manage.

    Digital material and help from the DOS

    Cons

    They offer too much flexibility to the client and little money to the teacher. This creates an unhealthy, unbalanced relationship between teacher, clients and school. A grammar book in Italian is smth should not exist. Give the money you spend for it to the teacher instead.
