Struggle to keep skilled warehouse & logistics teams, and product in the right spot to ship, even for repeat sales, so most of your day is spent managing that internally and trying to save customer relationships because of this. Direct management is self-centered, making it difficult to trust their leadership. The office lacks diversity, with few women and minorities. Goals and expectations are often unclear, making it difficult to stay on track and not feel overwhelmed. Leadership occasionally makes inappropriate comments, creating an unprofessional atmosphere.
