Besides having a great outlook for the business, I feel like the company tries to invest in individual professional development of team members.

It's a growing team but still relatively small, so processes are still being formalized in some areas. This really isn't a con, it's just a reality. It hasn't caused any issues for me, and every question I've seen raised has been tackled in a transparent and responsible manner.
