Shifts are dependent on our customer needs, but we are looking to continually grow our customer base. Our platform is automated based on established processes to accept shifts and how to clock in and out of shifts through our mobile app such that we can ensure proper payments are made on a bi-weekly basis. Our support team is here to provide support and to ensure that you are paid on a timely basis, but often we would have discrepancies that we must reconcile with our customers. We monitor our support team and always look to provide constructive feedback. It is unfortunate that you have had the negative experiences that you have outlined, but there are hundreds of caregivers who rely on BookJane for their income.
