Pros

Precise timely payment, pays for the transfer fee for Payoneer. Fully remote. There is a company therapist and many webinars on work/life balance, mental health etc. The culture is modern. Management is friendly and young (but they are all personal friends/schoolmates of the CEO -even the therapist, fyi). There is a raise after you complete one year. They do a monthly check-in meeting with you and try to be interactive. They hire from all over the world (countries with failing economies) so you get to meet a lot of different people over Slack. Work hours are 10 to 6 (your country's time) with 1 hour of lunch break you can take any time. You actually clock out at 6 no one expects you to be available after that. It's a chill environment but your actual job has nothing to do with these people, therefore task-vise reviews do not apply here. If you're a newly-graduate, go for it, other than that I wouldn't reccomend.

Cons

Low pay. No insurance. No benefits. They want to know at least 2 months before you take any days off and they dig deep into why, also sometimes reject your request. They are middle management which means you work as an external for the main company, in my case Jellysmack. You get less than half what Jellysmack pays them. They just do HR and pay you, not informed much about what your job is but that doesn't affect much. Their communication with the main company is not very strong and you need to go through them if there is an issue. Basically your happiness in this company depends on what you do/who you work with over at the main company. But the problem over there is that you always stay disposable as an external therefore it won't give you a career. It doesn't feel safe and everyone is scared to get fired at all times. Again, not a career.

Pros

Remote work, you might finish working earlier if you finish all your tasks of the day. Some days are not so loaded, so you can chill.

Cons

THEY FIRE YOU ELEVEN MONTHS AFTER YOU GET IN THE COMPANY. The contract says that after the year, you can ask for a raise... Well, surprise, there is not such raise and they fire you just because. Besides, the communication is awful, you never know who to write to; it is extremely disorganized. You might change teams twice in a month, you have to readapt every two/three weeks. If you want to work here keep in mind that as months go by, you have to make sure to look for another job. You never know when the HR person might want to talk to you and tell you "goodbye" from the company,
