Pros
Had a great team and some great people outside of the C-suite. Lots of opportunities but no resources to do anything. It is a safer place to work now.
Cons
I had high hopes when I started and it was promising at first, but reality set in quickly after we had 2 rounds of layoffs in the first month after I started. The benefits are terrible. The "leaders" are all based in a corporate office that is completely separated from most of the employees. There is no clear vision for the company. All leaders are constantly reacting to things instead of being proactive. Instead of making a plan and making adjustments as they go along, there is a lot of talking about making a plan and then zero execution. The CEO says he really cares about his people but the layoffs continue to happen and I've seen him visit the production floor once. They institute policies under the guise of making it better for employees but they only punish them in the end. Until they get their act together, I would not recommend working here. There are much better options.
