Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Lowest paying insurance agency in the valley. Management thinks they own you. They want warm bodies and robots, not licensed professionals. Upper management has absolutely no clue what they're doing. The only sales opportunity is AEP, then they put you on OB with no bonuses. They treat everyone like kindergarteners and don't respect the license. Points accrued for being seconds late that will keep you from succeeding. They will burn you out and let you go.

Pros

The only good thing is it was remote and they provided equipment.

Cons

They pay unlivable wages, I made $14 an hour and was expected to take on the responsibilities on multiple projects especially after each layoff. There is no job security so you feel like you have to keep taking more and more work to keep your job. Felt like we were made to go unnecessarily hard on agents when giving quality reviews with the ridiculous expectations that were put on them. Even though it is remote you will feel the micromanagement and need to always be faster and faster and faster.
