Pros

- Work from home situation if you are hired offsite - Can have good colleagues

Cons

- Literally falsely advertised on job postings to get cheap intern labour for a project they oversold on - If you are entry level upper management won't even check on you - No clear career paths within the company

BioQuest Advisory Response

This reviewer was an intern for 6 months before choosing to accept a permanent position. If the internship experience had been as negative as described, it is unclear why he would have chosen to continue. During his short tenure as a permanent employee, the company was supportive and approved a long leave of absence even during an active project phase. As a matter of practice across all locations and functions: * All Internships are paid at market rates or above. * We maintain strong partnerships with local universities in the regions where we operate. * Interns are non-billable to clients and numbers are limited per project to ensure quality senior mentorship. * Expected salary is discussed prior to interviews to ensure alignment, and offers match the stated expectation without negotiation downward. In this case, the reviewer was paid what he had requested for in writing. BioQuest Advisory remains committed to transparent recruitment, fair compensation, and a conducive learning environment for all team members.

Pros

The interview and hiring process was very fast and smooth. The company offers work-from-home flexibility, which makes the job convenient and practical. It is a good environment for freshers to enter the RPA industry. As a first-level RPA role, you can gain hands-on experience in scripting and automation solutions. The job is challenging in a positive way and provides good learning opportunities.

Cons

Personally, I did not face any major cons during my time here. The role can be demanding because it requires problem-solving and technical scripting skills, which may be challenging for beginners.
