Pros
I have worked at Behavior Keys for 2 years and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. Behavior Keys has always accommodated my schedule and provided me with opportunities for growth within the company. I would recommend working for Behavior Keys if you are looking for individualized training and support with staff who exceed expectations in their field.
Cons
Behavior Keys is primarily a mobile company- They have clinic locations and visit clients in their home and community. With that being said, commuting between clients can sometimes be a hassle, especially at rush hour. However, Behavior Keys does pay for travel time between clients.
