Pros

This isn't just another advertising agency. (which I love). It's a unique agency and offering that's making big ideas and content. The briefs feel big and open. The amount of work you get to produce is amazing. The editors and videographers on their team are on another level. The team is small and they are some of the nicest and most talented people that I’ve had the pleasure of working for, so I would definitely go back. Oh also, they pay super promptly. Which is the absolute dream when freelancing.

Cons

A pro and a con - there’s lots of work, so lots of opportunity. But you have to be able to manage your time well. And you'll get to work on award winning projects and huge tourism clients. Projects are fast. But this does mean that even as freelancer you get to actually make stuff.

Pros

The entire team at Beautiful Destinations all have very like-minded goals and ambitions which lends itself to the company creating some amazing campaigns. I take pride in telling people I work at Beautiful Destinations and the reaction that I get to see when I show people the content that we create is priceless each and every time. From the leadership team down everyone in the business takes immense pride in their work and you can tell that most everyone has a passion for what they are contributing on a daily basis. I've created some very meaningful friendships and bonds while working at Beautiful Destinations and often find myself not minding going the extra mile on a project or campaign because I know that my fellow teammate sitting beside me would do the same.

Cons

In the beginning of my career at Beautiful Destinations, I could tell there were some issues with office gossip, lack of structure in some areas, and the career advancement opportunities could have been greater. However, since my two years being at the company I've seen many of these issues adressed in the last 6-12 months and they continue to improve on a weekly/ monthly basis.
