The only con that I encounter was career growth. This is understandable because of the kind of business and how big the IT team is.

The future of the company is solid. The potential to grow the company in other areas and/or other states is great. The benefits are terrific and the company truly cares about its employees. The culture is harmonious.

Some of the Senior Managers are weak leaders. At times the direction of the company appears fragmented and unclear. There are some managers that lack people skills, which seems to go unaddressed by the company.
