Pros
Recurring incentive. Good salary. They sponsor dinner every Friday. They are really very good at sales with amazing sales pitch. They can even tell you that stars do shine in day light too and trust me, you will believe it. It was a good place to work but then one storm came and it made all management negative, they still did not recover and are trapped within their own set of imaginations and thoughts. If you are ready to be a management puppet and you have a sweet mouth, that's the best place.
Cons
Sales people running the company. From US to India management, everyone is a sales guy, zero management skills. They pretend to be very smart. Did anyone notice how come all prior reviews have 100% rating? because these all are posted by the management only. And FYI, there was no such guy in that company who completed 3+ years and left. If someone if planning to interview there as Recruiter, he can ask couple of these questions during the interview to get clear picture: If they are so good, then why did so many people leave the company? If they are so good, why they could not hold the staff, even the early joiners (Joined in 2013-14). By the way, they could not hold even the freshers. :) How many people did leave in 2016 and how many they hired? How many deals did each recruiter make in 2016? I think, few did not get even a single deal. ;) Why even after 4 successful years, they have only 7 recruiters? If they have lots of client, how come just 7 recruiters are serving them and still crying for requirements and not getting deals. The thing is, they could not even hold their biggest customer, how could they hold their employees. Is it related to their management skills? you decide
