THE REVOLVING DOOR.
The Senior Leadership Team has incurred over 100% turnover in the past 12 months. The CEO is an expert at excuse making. When he creates a problem within the company, his immediate resolution is to blame one of the SLT members and then fire them. So far, we have seen 4 CFO’s come and go; three sales leaders get fired; two senior engineers depart; two Device Support leaders gone; we are on our second marketing manager; on our second HR director; and our second product manager. It is only a matter of time until they are gone as well. It is a revolving door and after all this turnover, we are precisely where we started – on the verge of going out of business. The only senior executive that has not been fired is the CEO. Perhaps a look in the mirror would make it clear who should be the next to hit the road.
