There is no back up plan for when people call in, they just expect everyone else to work harder. Turn over is this highest I've seen at any job. Most of the people hired after I started three months ago have already quit. Management will sneak around to try and catch you not doing your job. If you show them youre a good worker they will work you harder to make up for the people that are lazy.
