The pros are the coworkers. They were great people to work with.

Do not work here if you can help it. It is an extremely toxic environment. None of the schools are on the same page regarding policies or procedures. They are also not in alignment regarding their metrics and everything that they do is subjective. This company is chaotic in how they handle students and employees. They also fire people publicly, meaning in front of everyone they will fire you. Please make sure you keep documentation regarding everything you experience as they will start a paper trail regarding you if they do not like you. The political climate is intense as it’s a small company so be careful.
