Pros
The individual employees are smart and hard working. They seem very open to people working from home or remotely. There's a pretty good work/life balance.
Cons
Too much uncertainty. As revenue keeps dropping, Avaya keeps making cuts. Too bad there isn't much strategic thinking going on about exactly how and where to make the cuts. Lots of management churn and reorgs. Processes are too heavy to allow for agile responses to the market.
