      Some good consultants and processes

      Cons

      Leadership, especially the CEO is not trustworthy. Makes many commitments he doesn't keep. Great at making the team feel like he's so good to them, yet stabs them in the back behind the scenes. Pays the team nothing and makes a lot of money himself at others expense.
