      Pros

      I am very fortunate to say that this is the least toxic work environment I've personally ever experienced. I was blessed with a great team that respects boundaries and are technically competent.

      Cons

      From what I can observe, management has made some unfortunate moves which affected some project teams' abilities to deliver quality work.
