CEO and CTO are indecisive and refuses to acknowledge any feedback provided, despite claiming that they're very "open" to it. they both have heavy mood swings which can heavily influence the workplace atmosphere and decision-making. job security can also feel uncertain, especially when expectations are not explicitly communicated upfront. your job scope may change unexpectedly, and you have no choice but to deal with the changes and to do your best. the company’s handling of employee departures also raises concerns because their exit interviews do not appear to be conducted consistently across all employees, which gives the impression that feedback is selective to what they only want to hear. i've also heard from previous colleagues that they would remove your access to some platforms without letting you know which allegedly became an indirect sign that someone was about to be let go.... lucky enough it never happened to me but that's still very much concerning on how they deal with transparency and professionalism in the company’s offboarding process.
