We also want to address some of your concerns directly. We’re committed to setting realistic, achievable KPIs across all departments, informed by historical performance and regularly reviewed. Many team members have met or exceeded these goals, and we provide ongoing training and coaching to support their success.
We recognize that as a startup, some roles evolve quickly and can come with growing responsibilities. While that pace can be challenging, we aim to ensure that changes in scope are aligned with compensation and career development opportunities — and we’re actively working to improve clarity and transparency around promotions and pay structures.
Regarding HR: while we may not have a traditional large HR team, we have dedicated people operations staff and take employee concerns seriously. We maintain an open-door policy and offer multiple ways to share feedback, including both confidential and anonymous channels. Creating a safe, respectful workplace is a priority for us, and we're always working to strengthen support and accountability across the organization.
