Worst Company Ever- Scorned Lover Behavior - Technician Atlantic Biomedical Employee Review

Absolutely zero communication from higher ups. Because it’s a small company, there is quite a bit of drama. VPs misappropriate resources in order to better their own lives (ie, using installation team to do renovations on their homes). Constructive criticism is taken as extremely offensive and a personal attack. No room for professional growth. Only just recently started paying technicians market value. Turn over rate is atrocious. Multiple reports to the DOL about withholding final paychecks and wage theft. DO NOT work for this company unless you are just trying to get experience under your belt.
