Practically 24/7 access to Brokers. The ATCM family of agents is truly willing to help. I've worked with 2 other brokerages in my career of 20+years and when they say the help, they really do. I see requests for help with showing property, opening a door, moving boxes, you name it, ask and you receive. Our agents really look out for each other. The other thing I really like is that 99% of our agents are experienced. If you are working with an ATCM agent you have hired the best. Even for experienced agents, ATCM is always offering CE classes to make sure that we are staying relevant with our training and business practices. They bring in some of the best trainers for us and with sponsorships, at a zero cost to the agent.
