      Pros

      The staff (who stay) are generally kind and helpful. Convenient downtown location.

      Cons

      Toxic environment that starts at the top. Ego-driven leadership. Board of directors is absent and useless, generally interested in only padding their resumes with board positions. Tremendous amount of turnover due to poor leadership makes it impossible for organization to progress or succeed in any meaningful way.

      The members! So many talented individuals you have access to as staff.

      Cons

      My first impression of Michelle Mason was that she was smart and had the potential to be a very inspirational leader. In the time that I worked for her, I found her to be erratic, unprofessional, and at times, even unhinged. It's a shame to see how Forum has devolved under her leadership.
