Pros
The company and leaders empower employees to solve problems how they see fit. They will get behind and support your decisions. The team adapts cutting-edge technologies, has an open culture for feedback and is constantly working together to push the boundaries of our architecture. The technological strategy is looking very bright. Company is definitely customer first. CEO and CTO constantly embody this.
Cons
We have only recently gone remote-first and the company has adapted the correct processes but is yet to promote remote-first support such as equipment, meetups, etc. I have been able to organise all the above but it was not clear what the company's stance on it was.
