Unorganized - Anonymous employee Apco Signs Employee Review

Communication between upper management, HR and department heads is lacking. I was hired and then let go only after a couple of weeks with no explanation whatsoever except that it was not due to my performance. I had left another job to start a career with this company, and was left unemployed due to their lack of communication.
