If person have no self respect and self confidence and creative mind set than this is good organization to work as labour.
Cons
1. HR not employee friendly , people leave company without Serving notice period bcoz HR not paid salary and relieving letter. 2. Delay Salary payment. 3. Increment also not good. 4. Toxic work culture. 5. Narrow mind management 6. Basically thekedar company not MNC culture. 7. In COVID deduct salary if not work in office after giving one month releif only.
