      Lot of opportunities for freshers to learn business knowledge and business flows of other domains. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      Not very keen on keeping folks updated with technology. Work is mostly on the proprietary software.

      Pros

      Good Salaries and respect for individuals. Mobility is a great market to be in. Major opportunity for growth if they could fix the technology.

      Cons

      Poor product vision killed the company. Too many changes in direction and architecture created a lack of consistency across products and features. Not sure it can be fixed.
