      The appraisal process happens yearly and you get to discuss your performance with your manager.

      Cons

      The appraisal process happens yearly but you only get ratings and no increment. They will just try to demotivate you and never appreciate your work.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
