Difficult to say. I suppose I'd say that the company outwardly cares about its tenants, but that's not the case behind closed office doors.
Cons
I'm not disgruntled. I left on good terms with my former colleagues, but the company outlook is very bleak. Its investors have lost faith in the company's ability to perform and generate long-standing contracts with its tenants. Buildings are being sold, left, right and center. In my last few months of employment, the buildings I worked in saw their occupancy levels fall to under 70%. The company has barely broken even with a large number of its properties. There's a distinct lack of morale among its employees, especially at a leasing consultant/property manager level, which has been the catalyst for a large turnover in staff. I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for job security.
