      Products are usually big and cater to heavy load.. so u get good exposure in designing scalable systems.. has a good work culture, you get to work with people from different cultures..

      Cons

      many times u got stretch beyond the work hours.. but that happens everywhere in IT

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
