No real progression and limited in terms of industry growth, the type of work is always the same and management does not harness any type of culture you can thrive in, and salaries grossly under the average.

Can work from home as no office.

Under paid for the level of work required and expect staff to work like robots. Very high turnover of staff. Managers don't care when people leave, and don't like people telling colleagues they are leaving. Very much a micro management type of company with too many people sitting at the top.
