      Pros

      Cool people, skilled colleagues, you always have opportunities to learn. Also they have growth program for the employees. Also some guys have business trips to Europe and US. Fruits, cookies and all this stuff. Also cool corporate parties and events.

      Cons

      I don't see strong cons. The office may look not so modern. At the other hand it's better than some modern ones.

      Pros

      High focus on delivering the outcome for the client. Domain and technology expertise based. They care about the people, assist in growth and education, pay well and review regularly. Good benefits. Very reasonable management, that hears the feedback.

      Cons

      Not too many. I’d say that I’d love to have an easier switch between the projects, but again if they care about the particular expertise it may not be as easy.
