Pros
They are a good company the products work. The management works well with the service professionals. I worked over the summer with the sales associates. They honestly try to do a good job helping out there employees.
Cons
Honestly they do not care enough about the service professionals. Management in the upper levels care more about sales. basically if you are a technician you will have to deal with unfairness. they will try to get even the SP's to sell. which is not a bad thing it is just not what we are worried about.
