Pros
I enjoy working here. The management team is very focused, flexible and does promote the work-life balance. Recently, they asked if I needed more time off over the holidays to be with my kids since they'd be out of school. They invest in the employees and they also invest in the community. I was surprised at one of the commenters since these guys are pretty humble and try to teach the employees about the business side which includes finance. I find them to be extremely strategic and knowledgeable about some of the latest trends in IT ... but they're also realistic about what is practical. Love the benefits but more importantly the people!
