Favoritism, lack of leadership, poor management. They will lead all temps to think they will get hired on but let them go once they let Howard know he's doing a bad job at managing. You can show up everyday and work every shift bit they will fire you at the drop of a dime. This is absolutely the worst company to work for. No raises, No way up in the company unless you bring some knee pads every day to work if you catch my drift. Do yourself a favor and never apply at Alliance.
