The work hours are flexible and you can go in at anytime as long as you finish the work. Casual dress culture. This is a great place to start your career!
Cons
Zero work-life balance. No co-ordination of work. Managers burden freshers all the time. Expect you to work long hours if there is a messed up release (This happens almost all the time). Long notice period!
