Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear that you were unhappy working with West London Zone. We would really appreciate an opportunity to have a confidential conversation with you to get a bit more insight into your experience and to guide us in our continuous journey on how to make West London Zone a great place to work, and improve our impact with children and young people in our community.
We are continuously working on initiatives to help us improve our employee experience and constructive feedback enables us to do this better. Based on responses to our annual employee engagement survey last year, a key focus this year is improving how we listen, learn and translate feedback into action. We have recently launched regular pulse surveys that will enable us to track how employees are feeling, their level of engagement with their work and with West London Zone as an organisation. Listening to this regular feedback all year round, will help us identify engagement trends and create visible and relevant action plans at individual team levels, as needed. The People and Culture team are also focusing on the development of a robust People Business Partnering model to better support managers at all levels across the organisation for a better employee experience.
Please kindly get in touch with the People and Culture Director to have a confidential conversation about your experience, as it might enable us to improve the experience for other employees too.
