Pros

Handful of availability and unused office table space to pick from. Adopts flexible working hours depending on your team.

Cons

This is in the worst sense the most uncollaborative and most disconnected firm i've every been in. Management do not care about your personal growth or life, they send you pressure and make you feel you are bad at your job. Upper level will expect that you work many overtime hours Honestly - its like we all clock in to work in a co-working space with other firms in the same spacet

Pros

less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

Cons

seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
