Great company with excellent training and benefits.

Properties are treated the same. Some properties a very rough and crime stricken. Safety is important.

The atmosphere was pretty decent most days. Somewhat competitive pay with decent quarterly bonus. Did come with benefits however the insurance was expensive. Pretty easy work far from rocket science.

Short staffed 1 tech 100+ units 24/7 oncall 365 with no incentive pay just mileage and getting that sent up the chain to get paid was literally an act of congress. There was no "team" work, everyone was working in competition to one another. If you have never worked for a HUD housing development, don't. 95% of the tenants think you owe them something, very rude, demanding and unappreciative.
