Pros

* Some great & inspiring people * Solid product * Good work/life balance * Good perks

Cons

Adjust is currently failing at establishing a trustworthy and honest internal management culture. The marketing department is a good example, with a lot of talented employees being now guided by fear and pressure and not openness and clear communication. The decision-makers validate this on the premise that good results equal good management, which is not true. As part of the ongoing situation, the employees are subject to toxic behaviors, being disrespected in front of the bigger group, with the impossibility to give feedback. The promotion workflow is also revealing, with very strict guidelines for the low employees, and much more "flexibility" for the higher-ups, with promotions based on personal friendships rather than skills or effort. The company's leadership is guilty of letting this toxic culture spread, not tackling the issue, on the base that the overall business numbers are satisfactory. They are uninterested in listening to feedback from lower-ranked people, which says a lot about the "people-based approach" of the top management of this company.

Pros

Not too much anymore if we we're being honest

Cons

Well where to start? Purchased by Applovin, I'm sure they regret it, what they found was: 1. Rampant nepotism 2. Unqualified management due to above rampant nepotism 3. General incompetence, especially in Berlin. Due to German labor laws un-fireable, until now, somehow Applovin did it 4. You basically need to have the right relationships if you want to progress, managers will protect their favorites, it doesn't matter what you do, it's who's butt you kiss. At this point doubt you can progress at all. Only people left are yes-men/women 5. OLD commoditized tech, that no one really wants or needs anymore 6. The whole MMP space is basically done Alot of reviews blame Applovin, but these problems have always been there, especially in the last 3-4 years. The company was lucky to be bailed out by the acquisition, founders got wealthy, workers got shafted. If you look at the competition no one wants/needs this anymore. The industry's moved on
