Pros
Free lunches as apologies from management after they've had a meltdown and maybe even fired someone loudly in front of the rest of the office, usually 1-2 per month.
Cons
Constant moving of goalposts for bonuses so you'll never hit them. You're frequently moved into roles and job responsibilities that you didn't apply for and weren't hired to do. Minimal holidays off. Asking to get PTO approved is uncomfortable here, but management can take a week off anytime with minimal notice.
