      Pros

      For the most part the internal culture is welcoming and inclusive. Very flexible with remote work depending on which team you are on (frontline team members require in office).

      Cons

      Re-orgs are so common that after a while I found it easier to stop bothering to look at any org charts since it would probably change in a quarter anyways. A serious lack of any stability in reporting structure. Constant shifts in priorities from upper management causing wild swings in deliverables. Always chasing trends rather than digging into long term planning.

      Favouritism in promotions, politics at the managerial level in some units, perception of value/popularity sometimes rewarded over actual effort
